Come and witness the ultimate comedy showdown as Cornwall and Devon go head to head and forget about scones for a bit and finally settle an age old question : who’s actually funnier?
Two teams of comedians. One host. And an audience to watch them settle their comedic scores. Two mighty nations (depending on who you ask) who historically haven’t always seen eye to eye. Both claim there is only one way to eat a scone. Whilst the people of Devon claim that the first pasty was made in Plymouth. Well tonight, there can only be one winner.
It’s part standup, part quiz, part roast and part village fête that might get a bit out of hand. Will Devon deliver the killer punchline? Will Cornwall crush with comedy gold? Only one county can walk away with the prize of knowing “We de be funnier than you…” And the losers will never hear the end of it.
So grab a drink. Pick a side. Bring your sister and your cousin. And remember : no refunds for hurt regional pride.
