  • How much does it cost to use YourBoxOffice?

    There are 4 levels of subscription to the Your Box Office website and it will depend on how many events your organisation produces per year. For prices please click here

  • What is ParentPay?

    ParentPay is an online cashless system used by many schools. YourBoxOffice integrates with ParentPay allowing schools to accept online payments for their many and varied events.

    Therefore this is usually the preferred option for schools, for all other users the best option is to accept online payments straight into your nominated bank account.

  • Where is my e-ticket?

    E-tickets are sent to you automatically. Sometimes they can end up in Junk or Spam folders if your email provider thinks we are sending you spam. We find Hotmail is sometimes over-sensitive in this respect. Alternatively, you can login to your YBO account and download your e-ticket at any time. 

  • Can use YourBoxOffice for an event where tickets are free of charge?

    Yes, you can sell tickets where the ticket price is £0. Just create and publish your event in the same way as you would for events that have a ticket value greater than £0. 

  • Can I collect donations from my ticket buyers?

    Yes, we have recently introduced this feature. Ticket buyers will be asked if they would like to make a donation to your organisation at the end of the booking process. These funds will arrive with you in the same way as your ticket revenue. 

  • Why am I being asked for my DOB when I set up a new account?

    If you wish to sell tickets and take online payments through Stripe, you may be asked to submit proof of ID for verification purposes and DOB.
