Why am I being asked for my DOB when I set up a new account?
In order for you to receive online payments you will need to verify that you are a person and not a robot. You will be asked at a later stage to upload certain documents, again for verification purposes, this will only need to be done once

What is ParentPay?
ParentPay is an online cashless system used by many schools. YourBoxOffice integrates with ParentPay allowing schools to accept online payments for their many and varied events.
Therefore this is usually the preferred option for schools, for all other users the best option is to accept online payments straight into your nominated bank account.
