Definitions
‘The Theatre Management’ means the
person, company, charity, club, school or theatre which has advertised
the Performance on Your Box Office.
‘The Tickets’ means the tickets
issued by the Theatre Management for entry into a Performance.
‘The Performance’ means the performance
of a theatrical production by the Theatre Management for which
booking information and possibly ticket sales are available through Your Box Office.

- All sales are made to you by the Theatre Management and therefore all issues concerning the Performance must be addressed to the Theatre Management
- All Tickets sold are subject to the rules and regulations of the Theatre Management full details of which are available directly from the Theatre Management.
- Tickets may be sold subject to the addition of a booking fee, if Credit/debit Card sales are available.
- Times stated are subject to change without notice and must be checked on the day of the performance in the daily press or by contacting the Theatre Management.
- Please check your tickets and check the correct seat numbers/admission numbers, dates, venue etc. as mistakes cannot be rectified after purchase.
- In compliance with EU regulations, tickets bought through Your Box Office website can be cancelled within seven days of purchase, or seven days of receipt of the tickets (whichever is the longer), but not later than seven days before the Performance. Cancellation / Refund MUST be requested from the Theatre Management directly, not Your Box Office. The Theatre Management is solely responsible for processing full refund (subject to a cancellation fee, and return of cancelled tickets). Tickets should be returned to the Theatre Management. Tickets are sold subject to the Theatre Management's right to alter or vary the programme without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets. Tickets may not be re-sold. Tickets cannot be exchanged.
- Either (a) Your Box Office will supply a confirmatory email
of the booking (where a valid email address is supplied) however the physical
Tickets will be supplied by the Theatre Management in which case Your Box Office shall
have no liability in respect of lost or stolen Tickets; or
(b) in the event that the Theatre Management has elected to use the ‘e ticket’ option then Your Box Office will send an electronic ticket by way of email to the email address supplied in which case Your Box Office shall have no liability in respect of the failure of any electronic communications (unless due to the negligence of Your Box Office). - The Theatre Management reserves the right not to allow entry to latecomers
- Your Box Office shall not have no liability (to the extent permitted by law) for any misrepresentation, act, omission or negligence of the Theatre Management or for any indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.
- Your Box Office’ Privacy Policy is incorporated into these terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions are governed by English Law.
